Our newest sustainable development this year we are working on with our partners is CIRCULAR trims and accessories

We are working with an Australian fabric recycler who recycles garments and fabrics made of cotton and cotton/polyester blends. This company produces rPET pellets as an end result

​

Oletta then buys this rPET end product, ships to our sustainable manufacturing partners throughout Asia, and produces 100% PET trims (like buttons) and accessories (like clothes hangers). Lastly these items can then be recycled again after use, making them a continuous circular process

​

A garment manufacturer can now design/produce a garment made of recyclable materials, including the fabric, and all the other components, with the idea that the whole garment (all parts) can then be recycled at the end of its life

How wonderful would it be to know that you are possibly using a fabric, that at its life's end, will be turned into a button maybe that you can use on your next range of garments ?

The circular project also has a second agenda. We are actually making PET trims and accessories that will be again recycled through the initial material source, being the fabric recycler, who can also process PET.... an endless cycle of use
